We ship Monday through Friday. All orders are shipped via Express for Hong Kong, Taiwan, and China. if international, it will be shipped via TNT, FEDEX, EMS, Hong Kong post, Hong Kong EMS, ARAMEX, and DHL, etc.
USA, UK, EUROPE packages may send from the USA or EUROPE warehouses , Also Thailand , Cambodia, Singapore , Vietnam , UK could receive their packages from the local warehouses, please arrange with our sales department for local transportation from our American and European warehouses or South Asia warehouses.
A tracking number will be provided so that you may track your order once it has been shipped. Please keep in mind that it may take up to 24-72 hours for the tracking number to be entered into the Express or post database and then be available for tracking.
We do offer a free shipping option for orders over $300 (for USA, UK, Australia, Canada, Singapore, Thailand, Europe (excluded some of the European countries (such as Bulgaria, Malta ), and over $350 for the rest of the world. Once you have placed an order, the free shipping could be applied through our coupons or as offline. Please contact our sales department for more information.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS and RESHIPPING POLICY
We at AP peptides are not responsible for knowing the customs procedures for each country. If you are interested in ordering from AP peptide, you must research your own country’s laws and regulations regarding our research chemicals and peptides before ordering from AP PEPTIDE. Once you have placed an order with us, you automatically take responsibility for your country’s regulations. Although most countries do accept our products in customs and we properly declare what is being shipped; we must make sure you understand that there are some issues that may occur due to a country’s regulations.
By the way if your package will be seized in your custom , we will try to find other solution and send a reship pack as soon as possible, you could contact our customer service for this case .
We will try to use our local warehouses for avoiding any custom issues in your country, Such as the USA , Australia, UK, European countries, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam.
If your order does get returned to us due to issues in the customs department, we will not issue you a refund. but we can reship your order, if we will receive your package in 5 days after the delivery time, we will reship again. If at any time we receive notice that customs has your package and is holding we will do our best to get your order released and sent to you. This is not a guarantee as every country has different regulations and we have different way for reshipping for seized packs
More than 3 days after receiving your package, we don’t accept any responsibilities for your package.
RETURNS and REFUNDS
If there is a legitimate issue with the product you purchased; we will do our best to remedy the problem. We cannot resell any products that have already been handled by the purchaser; therefore you must contact us as soon as possible.
By no means will we refund or exchange any product after 3 days of the receiving date.
If the product has been damaged due to packaging, shipping, or a manufacturer defect we will accept a reshipping. Please contact us to discuss your case.
If you are unhappy with the research peptides you purchased for your studies, please contact us, so that we may review your concern.
Please do not contact us with a concern if you have already used the entire product for research.
Out of Stock Items
If items are showing that they are out of stock, please keep checking back as we will try to get them back in stock as soon as possible.
If for some reason part of your order becomes out of stock after you have placed the order we will ship what we have and then send out another shipment as soon as the product becomes available again. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Canceling an Order
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best. If the order has already been processed, we will not be able to cancel it.
If we receive a chargeback, we will immediately put you on a do not sell list and possible pursue legal action.
